The Building, Funding, Supporting Recovery Ecosystem National Campaign

Join us as we cross multiple states to unite recovery leaders, peers, providers, advocates, and community partners. Together, we are building stronger recovery ecosystems that create lasting impact.

Welcome to the Recovery Blueprint

This is the national hub for the Building, Funding, Supporting Recovery Ecosystems campaign.

Recovery Blueprint was created to unite communities, organizations, employers, government leaders, recovery providers, and advocates around one shared vision: building sustainable recovery ecosystems that create lasting pathways to recovery, employment, housing, healthcare, and community connection.

This campaign represents a five-year commitment to strengthen recovery ecosystems across the United States by providing technical assistance, strategic planning, workforce development, funding opportunities, collaboration, and ongoing support to communities ready to invest in recovery.

Our goal is to help communities move beyond isolated services and build connected systems where individuals in recovery can thrive. By bringing together public and private partners, we are creating sustainable models that improve health, strengthen local economies, reduce recidivism, and expand opportunities for people in recovery and their families.

Recovery Blueprint serves as a resource for communities looking to launch, strengthen, or expand their own recovery ecosystem. Through education, training, partnerships, and shared best practices, we are helping communities develop recovery-centered solutions that create measurable, long-term impact.

Our work is already underway in Arkansas, Missouri, Ohio, and Florida, with additional states joining throughout the five-year initiative.

Together, we are building stronger communities by investing in recovery—one ecosystem at a time.

Recovery starts with a blueprint. Lasting change begins with collaboration.

Growing The Recovery Ecosystem Across The Nation

The National Peer Recovery Alliance (NPRA) is expanding a stronger, more connected recovery ecosystem one state at a time.

We currently have five active NPRA Affiliates serving Arkansas, Missouri, Ohio, West Virginia, and Illinois, with an emerging affiliate in Florida. These state affiliates are leading the way by strengthening the peer workforce, building strategic partnerships, and creating lasting recovery infrastructure within their communities.

States highlighted in yellow represent locations where our Building, Funding, & Supporting Recovery Ecosystems campaign has officially launched. Through this five-year initiative, we are bringing together recovery organizations, community leaders, healthcare providers, businesses, and advocates to create sustainable systems that expand hope, opportunity, and long-term recovery.

The movement is growing—and we’re just getting started.

What state will be next? Join us as we continue building recovery ecosystems that transform lives and strengthen communities across the country.
